Hutchinson Builders has partnered with Ipswich City Council for the next stage of their ongoing regeneration of the Ipswich Central area into a world-class, digitally integrated mixed-use precinct.

The project will be home to a new purpose-designed and built Council office building and chambers, with an integrated environmentally targeted fitout.
